As a Registered Professional Counsellor (RPC), I combine modern psychological tools with holistic and body-based practices to help clients find healing that lasts.

Before becoming a counsellor, I worked in trades and grew up on a farm — two experiences that taught me patience, grounded presence, and how to read what’s unspoken.
