In-Person Counselling Sessions in Saskatoon
(Available for Adults, Seniors, and Late Teens)
A Space to Slow Down and Feel Grounded
In a world that moves faster every day, it can be rare to sit in a calm, safe space — one that invites you to exhale, reflect, and truly feel heard.
That’s what in-person counselling offers.
Here in my Saskatoon office, I provide a confidential, welcoming environment where you can let your guard down and reconnect with yourself.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship issues, or simply feeling stuck, these face-to-face sessions are designed to help you regain clarity, confidence, and calm — one conversation at a time.
Why Choose In-Person Counselling
While online therapy is convenient, there’s something uniquely powerful about sitting in the same room with your counsellor.
The subtle things — tone of voice, energy, body language — all help create a deeper sense of connection and safety.
In-person counselling allows for:
Stronger connection — Being physically present can help you feel seen and supported on a deeper level.
Grounded focus — Away from screens and distractions, you can tune into your emotions and thoughts more clearly.
Body awareness — Subtle cues like posture, breath, and energy are easier to notice and work with in real time.
Calm environment — My Saskatoon office is quiet, private, and designed to help you relax and settle in.
Sometimes, the smallest shift — sitting in a comfortable chair, breathing in stillness — can make the biggest difference.
What to Expect in a Session
Every session is a calm, confidential space to explore what’s happening in your life right now. You don’t need to have everything figured out — we start exactly where you are.
A typical in-person session includes:
A few minutes to settle in and check in emotionally
Open conversation about what’s been on your mind or heart
Reflection and guided discussion to explore patterns or challenges
Tools or strategies you can apply in daily life
Space to process, breathe, and leave feeling lighter and clearer
Each session is 50 or 75 minutes long — depending on what you need that day.
My Approach
As a Registered Professional Counsellor (RPC) based in Saskatoon, my approach is intuitive, evidence-based, and holistic. I integrate the mind, body, and emotions in every session, because healing happens when all parts of you are included.
I often blend tools from:
Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for thought patterns
Mindfulness and breathwork for nervous-system regulation
Trauma-informed practices for emotional safety
Self-awareness and lifestyle strategies for long-term change
My style is down-to-earth and collaborative — not clinical or distant. I believe counselling should feel like a genuine conversation that brings both understanding and direction.
Who In-Person Counselling Is For
In-person sessions are a great fit if you:
Prefer face-to-face connection and nonverbal communication
Value being in a calm, physical space away from daily distractions
Feel more comfortable expressing emotions in person
Live in or near Saskatoon and can attend sessions regularly
Want to incorporate grounding and embodiment techniques in your work
Many clients describe in-person counselling as a “reset button” — a dedicated time each week to clear emotional clutter and realign with what matters most.

What Makes My Space Unique
My counselling office is located in downtown Saskatoon in a professional, quiet building. It’s designed to feel both private and welcoming — with comfortable seating, natural light, and a calm atmosphere.
Clients often comment that the moment they step in, they can feel their nervous system begin to slow down.
This environment is intentional — a peaceful space where you can leave the outside world at the door and focus fully on your healing.

Most major insurance providers in Saskatchewan (and across Canada) cover sessions with a Registered Professional Counsellor (RPC) — but it’s always best to confirm with your provider.
Payment can be made through e-transfer, credit, or debit following your session.
What to Expect After Your First Session
After your first in-person session, you may feel a mix of relief and reflection. Counselling can stir emotions — that’s part of the healing process.
Many clients describe leaving with a clearer sense of direction, lighter energy, or a deeper understanding of themselves.
You’ll also begin to develop trust and rhythm in our work together — each session building on the last, helping you move toward greater stability and growth.
Why Work With Me
Before becoming a counsellor, I worked in the trades and grew up on a Saskatchewan farm — experiences that shaped my practical, honest, and down-to-earth approach.
I know what it’s like to face stress, pressure, and change in real-world environments.
Now, as a Registered Professional Counsellor, I combine that lived experience with professional training to support adults, seniors, and late teens through life’s challenges.
Whether you’re carrying emotional weight or simply seeking clarity, I offer a space where you can be yourself — no judgment, no pretense, just real support.
